Exchanges and Returns

We pride ourselves on providing high quality service and making sure you are happy with your order. With this in mind, our returns policy is below.

We accept returns/exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately we are unable to offer free returns, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost for the exchange and/or return.

Before closing the return package, place a piece of paper with your order number and your name inside the package so that we can identify it. Please note that if the item you wish to exchange is no longer available, we will refund you. Please click on the link and follow the instructions


Enter your order number (found in your order confirmation email and looks like this #00000) and email.

The deadline for refund/exchange can vary from 3 to 12 working days from when we receive your return in our warehouses. As soon as we have verified the status of the returned items, we will send you an email to inform you. Remember that the refund will be made with the same payment method used for the purchase.

Returns must be sent in the same condition they were received. Inside the original packaging and the order number. If the items are received in poor condition, a refund will not be made. We will be very strict regarding the state of the garments (makeup stains, aromas, etc.).

The package must have customs paid, we will deduct from the refund any additional customs fees the package may have upon arrival.

Once the quality control has been passed, we will refund/exchange the returned item.


Please note that AGE VINTAGE EYEWEAR reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not meet these conditions.
