All orders start being prepared when payment is confirmed. All orders are sent from our warehouse located in Italy, you will receive an email with the tracking of your order.

Our handling time is 2 - 4 business days. This means your order will generally ship within this period.

Exceptionally, there may be delays in processing times during Black Friday, Christmas or collection releases due to increased workload.

Please ensure that all details provided are correct when placing an order;

We are not responsible for incorrect/incomplete information, such as name, shipping or billing addresses, zip code, phone number, etc.

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.

Please note that shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla will require the provision of the DNI/NIE for customs duties and taxes.

The prices on the site do not include taxes or customs duties (this applies to orders outside Europe, the Canary Islands and the United Kingdom).

All applicable obligations will be borne by the customer. Unfortunately, we cannot estimate the amount of duty you will pay, but your local customs should be able to estimate the price.

Please note that if you decide not to pay any import taxes or duties and choose to refuse the package, your order will not be refunded.

The courier is always responsible for delivering the package. If a package is deemed to have been delivered by the courier and has not been received by the customer, it is the customer's responsibility to take the necessary steps to ensure that the goods are delivered correctly.

Showroom pickup orders will receive a confirmation email when the order is ready for pickup.
