Orders are processed every morning at 9:00, Monday to Friday.
Orders placed over the weekend will be processed starting the following Monday morning.

ÂGÉ ships throughout Italy and the world via GLS (Italy), UPS (Europe) and DHL (foreign) couriers.

For shipments to BREXIT countries, import duties are paid by the customer.

It is important, when ordering, to enter a correct e-mail address and telephone number. If the courier cannot find anyone at the time of delivery, he will contact the customer by telephone to schedule a second delivery. In the event that the customer is also absent at the second delivery stage, the order will be automatically returned to the sender. Deliveries are delivered from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 19:00.

RETURNS

Our policy provides a 30 day deadline for returns. If 30 days have passed from the date of purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be intact and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
